Features of Plastic Pallet:
The Eco-Smart Pallet – US.6 has been engineered to offer high performance at low cost,
accepting dynamic loads up to 4,400 lbs. (2,000 kg) and racking
loads of 2,200 lbs. (1,000 kg) – with a net weight of only 34.8
lbs. (14.6 kg). Designed with six runners for superior performance
at an affordable price. Available in a standard size of 48 x
40-inches Euro Size (1200 x 1000 mm), and maybe fitted with up to 7
steel reinforcements.
Fabricated of recycled Polypropylene (PP) or High-Density
Polyethylene (HDPE) plastic resin and are produced using
high-pressure injection molding creating superior strength to carry
heavy loads with low tare weight.
These rackable pallets feature a picture frame bottom with runners
on all four sides for stability. They are ideal for use in
warehouse racking systems, as well as stack loading, closed loop
transport, floor storage, and automated material handling
applications.
Ideal for closed loops, distribution, production areas, and exports
– across all industry sectors – Food, Retail, Newspapers, and
Pharmaceuticals. The open deck, with flow-through block design,
ensures effective cleaning and quick drying – either manually or
through automated washers.
In addition to their resilience on long transport routes, low
